DAILY TARIFFS

From 01 May 2008 until 30 September 2008
Our mid-season tarriff applies, being:
Single: NZ$1,095.00 + GST per person
Dbl/Twn: NZ$730.00 + GST per person, per night
Suite: NZ$1,270.00 + GST per person, per night
Triple: NZ$635.00 + GST per person, per night

From 01 October 2008 until 14 December 2008
Our shoulder-season tarriff applies, being:
Single: NZ$1,415.00 + GST per person
Dbl/Twn: NZ$940.00 + GST per person, per night
Suite: NZ$1,695.00 + GST per person, per night
Triple: NZ$750.00 + GST per person, per night

From 15 December 2008 until 31 March 2009
Our high-season tarriff applies, being:
Single: NZ$1,840.00 + GST per person
Dbl/Twn: NZ$1,310.00 + GST per person, per night
Suite: NZ$2,430.00 + GST per person, per night
Triple: NZ$1,060.00 + GST per person, per night

INCLUDED IN TARIFF
Pre-dinner drinks 7.00pm - 8.00pm , superb five-course dinner, full breakfast, use of all Lodge facilities, and Taupo airport transfers if required.
Rates are subject to confirmation at time of booking.

Surcharge for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve is NZ$400 per person plus 12.5% GST.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

CANCELLATION
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies: 25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled between7 and 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be received 7 days prior to arrival there will be a 100% charge for every room night cancelled. "No Shows" will be charged at 100% for every room night booked.

Cancellation for this Christmas / New Year period is as follows:

In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies: 25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be received 60 days prior to arrival there will be a 100% charge for every room night cancelled.

OUR CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR POLICY AND CANCELLATION IS AS FOLLOWS:
Between 20 December 2008 and 05 January 2009(inclusive) guests must stay a minimum of three nights. Guests wishing to stay on Christmas Day must check in prior to, or on, 24 December 2008.

A surcharge applies on both 24 December and 31 December, as follows:

NZ$400.00 per person plus 12.5% Goods and Services tax. (excluding children aged 5 years and under who stay free, if sharing with adults)

24 December 2008: This surcharge includes wines with Christmas Eve dinner, an al fresco luncheon – including wines, on Christmas Day and a Christmas Gift.

31 December 2008: This surcharge includes New Years Eve entertainment, a gala dinner, dinner wines and Champagne.
